Chef Ronnell Simmons’ culinary journey was deeply redefined following a personal battle with cancer. This diagnosis led to a profound shift in diet and lifestyle, which quickly transformed into a calling to educate others on how soul food can be both culturally rich and naturally life-giving.
Our mission is to empower families, churches, schools, and community groups to reclaim the dining table. We believe the table is the heartbeat of the home, where legacy is built through intentional connection and the shared experience of restorative, flavorful meals.
